Be a part of opening our brand new location! Are you passionate about great food, strong leadership, and building a winning kitchen team? We’re looking for AM and PM Kitchen Managers to help lead our back-of-house operations and ensure our guests get the best dining experience—every single time.
What You'll Do:

Oversee kitchen operations during either AM or PM shifts

Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent food
-
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
-
Monitor inventory, manage prep levels, and reduce waste

Ensure a smooth transition between shifts with clear communication
-
Jump in wherever needed—prep, cook, expedite—to keep things moving
-
Work closely with FOH managers to deliver seamless service
What You Bring:
-
5+ years of kitchen leadership experience (restaurant, hotel, or hospitality a plus)
-
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and prep processes
-
Calm under pressure with great communication skills

A positive, team-first mindset
-
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
